I have been on the pills for a week 1/2 now and I don't know what to think. It seems like I might have lost a pound or two but that's just cause I followed the diet and excersize for a few days. I realized then when I stopped the excersize, that all that was making me lose the weight was working out and eating right. The tips in the brochure that comes with the pills are good advice and in my opinion that is the only thing making me lose the weight. The only scam in this pill is the fact that they say you don't need to change your eating habits, of course you do or it wont work. So, its not a miracle diet, its just a way to drink more vitamins and get people to work out and eat right. The pills are like horse pills...I will ask my Doctor what she thinks about them though.
