You're a smart one. Since you are one to point fingers, I bet you have never had a weight problem and don't understand why other people do! How far off am I? I only say this because I have always struggled with my weight and my boyfriend has no problem keeping his body fat at 14% and eats lots of junk, he also doesn't get it. Of course you need to eat good and exercise but for some people their body needs a little something extra to get the extra weight off.
