Subject: I've tried them all and here's what I think!

I've tried tons of different approaches and was let down by several, but I was really happy with a couple. I work out regularly and am not technically overweight, but I have those 10 pounds I'd always like to lose. Things that I found REALLY work!! 1. Nutri system (if you can afford it). I lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks, even with cheating 2. The ultimate body system from Surgeryfreelipo.com. I find that this works best on smaller areas or areas with less fat. Last year I lost 3 inches from each of my arms and recently have been using it on my stomach and have only lost 1.5 inches after 3 treatments (9 days). 3. Low carb diet..not NO carb. I just cut out grains but eat whatever fruits, veggies, low-fat cheese, lean meats I want. Have lost 3 pounds in a week. I do this for about 2 weeks and then slowly introduce back whole grains. (kinda like South Beach) 4. Spinning classes. These classes KILL and make you SWEAT and you will feel like dying at first. But its totally worth it. One 45 minute session can burn 500-660 calories! 5. PILATES!!! I use Winsor and I LOVE IT! It tones me up instantly. I swear by it 6. The Master Cleanse/Lemonade Diet. It works while you're doing it...I lost 8 pounds in the 7 days I did it. However, the weight DOES come back if you go back to your regular habits. Pills I've tried that MAY have worked...but also could just have been a placebo effect: 1. Slim quick 2. Farenheit 3. Hydroxycut Hardcore (I actually really like this one once you get past the jitteriness) 4. Nutriherb Pills that did absolutely nothing... 1. Lipo 6 2. Sea-thin (I actually GAINED weight while taking it...not sure if because of the pills though?) 3. Cellu-science (same with the sea-thin) Hope this helps anyone looking for advice!!
