My mother- in law was put on this glucose free diet. She avoids pasta, bread and potatoes (She does eat sweet potatoes). It's almost like an adkins diet. She also stopped eating after 7 pm. Her breakfast consists of an apple with only 2 tsp. of organic peanut butter. Her lunch is steamed veggies and a lean meat (fish or chicken) and dinner is the same as lunch just bigger. She'll have a suger free ice pop as dessert. I know its a lot of hard work to eat like this but she lost 2 dress sizes in 2 months.
