Hi, You don't need a spell to tell yourself you can do it, just look at all the reasons you need to live and you will get it off. I am down to a 14 now was hitting an 18/20. We can do it, my sisters! I take lipotropics injections but I work out 5 days a week for at least an hour, and eat healthier, cheat every now and then but go and work it off at the gym. "I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strenthens me" Phillipians 4:13 I can now run 15 minutes, started out running 3 minutes, 1 hour of cycling class, was not fast weight loss, I started in September lost 14lbs first month, and now about 7 more, lots of fat loss and BMI going way down! God wishes that we prosper and be in good health even as our soul prospers. 3John I never thought that my thinking would change concerning my health but it did little by little as i prayed and sought the Lord for direction and help. Hang in there all of you I am praying for all fo us that we may live full lives.
