If this person who gained 5 pounds did not read the instructions then that would explain wht they gained weight. They are incorrect for thinking that they did not have to change their eatin habbits. The instructions specifically state there changes in ones diet are required and certain excersice routines are needed. The instructions specifically state no white flour, no white sugar and an increase in vegtables and fruits in ones diet. The instructions also require 3 days of at least one hour of cardio workout and 2 days of one hour weight training a week. So for that person who felt the need not to aid his own weight loss and expected the pills to do all of the work congratulations for living in a fantasy world and I hope the five pounds blened well with what ever you already had.
