We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. Hi Jennifer
I understand that you think going to another stylist for color might be cheaper. But if that other stylist doesn't understand the porosity of your hair you're going to spend alot of time and money trying to correct what they did.
Coloring the hair shouldn't be a problem because they're dealing with the new growth and the porosity should be normal.
When I do highlights on my TRed clients I use a milder developer with the bleach. I might use 5 or 10 volume. The amount of highlights I do is the least possible so that I don't damage most of the hair. The other thing that I won't do is let it get to light because the lighter the hair the more you break down the bonds of the hair and you will have poofy hair that need to be moisturized constantly to make it look flat.
Now that you know some of the distinctions in coloring TRed hair you can go back to the stylist and ask these questions. The first one should be, " what are you going to use in my hair to get it light. When they let you know that they're going to use a low volume mixture you'll know they're on the right track
