We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Every salon I have gone to (for TR's or regular cuts) has had a great cancellation policy. I was always able to cancel at any time prior and was never given any trouble. Whenever I am forced to cancel, it is due to outside circumstances which I can't control, and the salons that recognize that are true professionals that will always get my dedication as a customer.
On the other hand, I had only one unpleasant experience with a cancellation in my life (quite recently, actually, at a high-end NYC salon), and that salon will not be getting my business. I had made an appointment for a cut, but had to cancel at a last minute (I was stuck in a meeting at work which I could not get out of). This salon gave me such a hard time on the phone, telling me they had a 24-hr cancellation policy, basically scolding me. Mind you, this was not even for TR, just a regular cut. I have not made another appointment with them - nor shall I ever. Bad. Customer. Service.
Just like in any business, the quality of business seems to be directly related to their cancellation/return/refund policy.
