If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

My concern is that you said that you have color, all over, THEN you had light highlights put in. The only way to achieve that is bleach. To lighten that hair, they needed to use something strong. No amount of products will prepare that hair for a TR, That hair must be treated differently at the time of the TR. It must be protected, and ironed at a much lighter temperature.
If not, the results will be fried highlights, OR underprocessed hair. Highlights are very tricky and take a great deal of experience.
I think you need to discuss, in more detail, what their plan is, and what their expectations are for the results.
If you go into this thinking you will have soft silky perfect hair, you will be disappointed. You can, however, have hair that is in good condition, and much, much easier to style, however that is just it, you will need to use finishing products and a light ironing.
Most people do need to do some finish work to their style to make it look its best.
I think in your situation, it is all about communication between you and the stylist. Discuss all of this with them, and let me know what they say.
