If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Mixing the two is not a concern. One does not just pull the product through the hair to the ends everytime, unless it is needed, and it should not be needed.
It is just like pulling color through the ends of hair. How good does that look? Pulling old, permanent color that has been sitting in a bowl for 30 minutes and has little or no effect on the hair, except to coat the hair with dull old color, and dry out the cuticle.
Sorry, that pulling through stuff makes me upset.
Anyway, Time must be taken, and very careful application is in order.
Sometimes, the product has to be rinsed off of the hair one section at a time, or chemically stopped from processing.
Also, poor application can cause underprocessed spots, or sections on the hair. If there is not enough product applied to the hair, and it is not distributed evenly, there will be problems.
The hair should always be clarified before a TR. A simple shampoo is not enough and can give uneven results.
Cheap irons that do not keep even temperature can also cause a problem.
That is why it is not the system, but the seriousness of the stylist, tech, expert, whatever...
Is this a service they do occassionally? Or, is this something they specialize in!!!
Please, do consultations and take the time to find the RIGHT person.
As far as CHI, it is not my favorite, but if the person is proficient, the results should be good. There are many boxes and bottles of product sitting in cabinets in salons that must be dusted before used. Scary!
