If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

It is sometimes normal to have to blow dry and iron your hair after a TR, depending on the condition of your hair prior to the TR. If your hair was virgin, then the answer is no. But, it is always a good idea to do some finishing to your style.

Some areas dry and frizzy, others not...still sounds like a condition of the hair prior to the TR. Many of those issues can be overcome by proper pre treatment and protection of the hair prior to the TR.

Is it safe to wash, BD, flat iron everyday? That should not be necessary. Does your hair get dirty every day?? Are you using professional products?? Heat protectors?

Do touch up's cost more? It depends on the stylist. I think they are more work, but I charge the same as the original TR.

Layering your hair is fine, and should not look choppy, unless of course you want a choppy look.

Actually, it sounds like there was no communication between you and the person who did the TR. Perhaps you should call them and set up a post consultation to discuss the issues you are having and to explain your unhappiness with your results.
