If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

3 or 4 TRs are not a lot. She should have done that many for free, before charging. Perhaps she did. Either way, I do not think I would have her redo it, especially since you said your hair is highlighted.
Highlighted hair is very difficult to do, and you must have a great deal of knowledge about the process and how the hair will react.
Just because someone does YUKO does not necessarly make them better, however, they probably had much more training. You could call them and ask their level of experience, how many done, etc.
We can only hope that people are telling the truth.
I would ask your stylist for at least a portion of the money back, explain to her that you did not get what was promised and are not comfortable with having it redone by her, especially because of the highlights. It is not an easy thing to do, but, if you tell her that you really are pleased with her for everything else, and want to continue to go to her, maybe she will be ok with that. If not, OH well.
Actually, you must be open and honest with her, explain exactly how you feel, just like you told me.(us)
You cannot skimp on the experience level of the person doing the TR. Like I have said many times before, we all have to start with the first TR, then we do another, then 5 or 10. We, as stylists, learn something with each one. The difference in the beginning is in getting proper, extensive training.
Things might have been different had you checked out all your options before choosing someone to do this.
It is your call, but if it was my hair, I would get a consultation with the Yuko person. Let me know what happens.
