If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

That seems like BS. Ive had it done twice now. The first time lasted
almost an entire year. I had it done for the second time yesterday. I
can tell you that that product definitely has formaldehyde. Did you
actually ge tto see the ingredients listed in the bottle???Or just a
paper the worker gave you. I can tell you, that with the Arot treatment,
the first time I got a crazy runny nose and sneezing the first 2 days
and some dandruff (I guess from excess keratin?). When i got it washed
though (i left it more for 6 days though you only need 4, that all
stopped. Now, this time, my scalp was itching a loooot during the
morning. It kind of ceased in a couple hours, which I found weird. The
website says it contains formaldehyde, and I can tell you that by the
smell, plus the fact that the hairdresser used mask this time(which I
also find weird), it definitely has formaldehyde. The first time I asked
the owner of the salon if it had formaldehyde. She said no, that is was
safe and even used it on her daughter. The second time, I asked one of
the hairdressers, and said YES but that in small amounts. wonder what
these "small amounts" mean, considering that when I had the treatment
applied, they moved me to a chair in the other extreme where there were
no customers.
