If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

The last two TR's that I had completely ruined my hair. Both were liscio. Previous to that, they worked great, but I believe my hair texture has changed (increasing grey) and I need a gentler option. Have tried BKT, but not happy with it. It does not damage my hair, but doesn't make it as soft, shiny and smooth as TR.

I don't really care about getting my hair super straight, but want to remove frizz and make it shiny. My hair is naturally course and wiry. I do single process color every 5-6 weeks.

I know there is a method of TR called "Smooth control" and then I think I remember reading that there's another method that's even more gentle than that.

Experts -- please let me know what the different options are for TR (I think I still want to use Liscio or possibly Yuko). Is smooth control much less agressive than a regular TR. I don't think I could go through another hair disaster.

I know you will say make sure to go to an expert. The last person who did my TR was actually an instructor for the company (Liscio)!!! I think stylists look at the courseness of my hair and assume I need the strongest formula. I am hoping I can find somebody who understands my hair and can straighten it w/o damaging it.
