If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

With most traditional hair color , you are gong to get alot of fadage over the month.Using a
slightly lighter shade each time, plus the fading of an ammonia based color is going to help
you achieve a lighter look over time.
Inoa is a non ammonia color. The color molecule is NOT going to fade out as quickly. and
after a few touchups probably not at all. That is why it is necessary to "clean" the hair using a
mild remover to achieve a lighter result. It is a safe process that we use in the salons all the
time. It is not the same "color stripper" from years ago.
Also due to the system of Inoa we are only able to mix a full dose of 1 color or !/2 and !/2 of
2 colors at this time. The color comes in a .28 ounce tube and it is impossible to use a
portion of it. The Inoa must be mixed EXACTLY in order for it to work. The rules for old
school haircolor do not apply here.
I would suggest next time get your hair cleaned (I like Rusk Eliminate as it only removes
artificial pigment) and go with a mixture of 1/2 4n and 1/2 5n on the regrowth and a
straight 5n on the ends for the last 5 minutes. This shpould help you achieve your desired
Hope this help you understand the Inoa a little better.
