We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. It sounds like you have a good plan. One just can't keep taking away from the hair without putting back. I am glad to hear that you recognize the problem and are working to change those "bad habits"
One thing I may suggest is to keep a large comb in the shower and comb your conditioner through your hair to properly distribute the product and detangle before rinsing. Then towel blot and apply you styling products. I always comb through my styling products to get even distribution.
Check your iron to make sure it is also clean. It isn't a good idea to iron with an iron full of burned on gunk. Lastly, try to get into the habit of flat ironing your hair with the "follow the comb" method to keep from ironing tangeled hair.
