If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

The heat should be 450 degrees but if your hair is heavy highlighted or bleached very light blond you need to lower the temperature. Plus when you are doing the ironing stage you are looking for slip, shine and static. Hair should slip through the iron smoothly, the shine you see should get more intense with each pass of the iron and when I say static you should almost get the same affect like if you have static in you hair meaning your hair should move freely. Once you see those three guidelines then that section is cured. The flat iron is the most important step of the process. The flat iron is what cures the product to your hair, bonds it to the hair You should have left the salon with perfectly smooth hair. The stylist should have passed the flat iron through each section several time depending on what they are seeing with each pass of the iron. I have done clients that I have had to do as many as 10 to 15 passes or more on each sections to achive the slip, shine and static that I look for to know that section is properly cured. When you wash your hair you will see wave or curl but it should be reduced 25 to 50 percent. I hope it all works for you but as a stylist who has been using the Marcia chocolate for three years I would say your hair might be under cured. I would not know for sure without seeing your hair and knowing the condition and texture. You are doing the best thing by flat ironing it your self that should help to cure it more. Hope it all works out for you. Keep us posted
