If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thanks so much for your reply. Yes, it was only a touch-up. The last touch up was a year ago. My hair has never been colored or highlighted. I'm not on any mediciation. And my hair is healthy, very thick and coarse. I don't even use a flat iron on it after being TR'd. Just spray heat protectant, blow dry and off I go. Sometimes I may round brush the ends. My hair has been just shiny and silky.
He did not put solution all over my hair...just the new growth. I sat under a heat lamp...like all the privious times. I wonder if the neutralizer may have been left on a little too long? Every step seemed the same as in the past.
I used some Redken Anti-Snap and Crede Er as a leave-in on my hair the past two days and have not washed yet. My hair seemed to soak it all up and feels much softer. I'm afraid when I was it tomorrow...the hair ends will be crinkley and brittle again. When I take a strand of hair and run my fingers down the shaft...the new TR'd parts feel more smooth...but as I continue down the shaft there are some bumpy parts that seems to slightly twist. The ends are not laying flat.
What caused the curve near my ears around my hair? Is it the bends? What causes bends?
