If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

The way that I would handle this type of hair is to use different temperatures and pass the
iron different times. An example might be

new growth: pass the iron 8-10 times at 450 degrees
Mid shaft: after pressing 3-5 sections of new growth pass the iron over the entire section 3-
4 times. The thicker section will decrease the effect of the heat on the hair.
Ends; After the entire head has been pressed, lower the iron to 400 and press large sections
until the product has been totally absorbed
.

It is very important to properly analyze the hair and control the amount of lotion on the hair,
concentrating more on the regrowth with less on the ends. This will prevent that stiff feeling.

The only time I would consider such a low temp is in the case of very thin, very bleached
hair.If I felt I needed to lower the iron to 300 I would probably not do the BKT as the results
would be extremely short lived. A temp range of 375-450 is considered effective with BKT
Anything lower and the results can not be assured.
Hope this helps out.
Vinnie
