If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. Hi Denise,

I copied and pasted a previous msg. that i posted. I'm trying to figure out what it is in Arot that would straighten/smooth the hair. Any ideas? Here's the msg:

I just had my hair cut at a salon that uses Arot Keratin Treatment. It is formol-free. I know that keratin alone does not straighten hair and that there must be some form of aldehyde or ether in order for it to work. The person who cut my hair does not do the treatments (that guy was busy) and she nor the receptionist knew what the active ingredient was. I did get the list of ingredients and was wondering if anybody could tell me which one actually straightens the hair. i did see a book of "before and after" pics and they were pretty dramatic. Lots of "trashed to silky" transformations. She said the treatment lasted three months.

Ingredient list is as follows:

water, citric acid, glicerine, cetaryl alcohol, diminaconathone, keratine complex, cetramonium chloride, salident plus, allantoin, rosemary extract, chamomile, vitamin B-5, wheatgerm, apricot, jojoba
