If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. Thank you.

I've been getting my hair TRed for 6 years now. This time they did things a bit different and I have a few questions.

A little background. My hair is super thick, coarse and frizzy. I am in my 40's so I get the gray roots colored professionally and she uses an enzyme developer. I have only had Liscio TR's done on my hair. Because of my hair being very resistant only the original formula works for me.

So when I got my touch up this time, they didn't put any protection on my scalp and they were getting the solution all over my scalp, not even trying to be careful about it, and actually my scalp was soaked with it. Which is weird, they've never done that before. Then they didn't use heat to help with the solution. I asked about that and they said heat is optional. I then again asked if they were using the original formula or the Crystal and they said the original. The rest of the process went as usual.

After first wash. I have mild waves in many places all over my head. Some areas are very straight. And actually the whole right back quarter of my head is wavy. I am getting it fixed. Oh and I do not have any bends or breaks from the solution being on my scalp. But here's my questions.

Do you think they used the original formula? If so, why would they get it all over my scalp and why isn't there damage? And most importantly, is is safe to redo those areas? Or can this cause real damamge?
