Yes, I asked you to trim more from the fringe around my face. Nothing needed to be "fixed", I just wanted the layers trimmed. I had no problem with the amount you took off. But you kind of shredded the ends of my fringe by cutting in with a scissors, so each section of hair had many different lengths. I DEFINITELY asked you take off a bit more, but definitely did NOT ask you to "fix" or shred the ends of each section. I know that you paid close attention to my hair, and I appreciate it. I guess we had a mis-communication about how I wanted the layers trimmed. And I know that you have the ability to do a nice fringe trim, since you have given me one once before.
The dusting of the back of my hair was great. No problems there. But I went today to get the front fringe straightened out. She is the one who called what you did to the fringe "shredding". I guess it is sometimes called point cutting. Not sure of the stylist lingo. But the fringe was very uneven.
Anyway, my stylist fixed the layers. And the BKT looks good after the second wash. So I will be back for another BKT, but probably stick to my own stylist for cutting. :)
No hard feelings. The BKT looks good. I definitely recommend that everyone go to your new salon for a BKT.
