If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

I really love cool/ash toned light and medium browns but have never been able to achieve those colors. I've attempted to do this professionally 4 time within the past 6 years and I have been disappointed every time. I naturally have 1b/2 hair and I want my hair around an ashy level 4 or 5. The few times that I've attempted this color the ending results were dark rusty red brown or bright orange brown. Regardless of those colors not being what I wanted, they also do not flatter my complexion what-so-ever. I am warm toned but lighter warmed toned hair makes me look like an oompa lumpa or like Im having a heat stroke. I have typically asked for green based light ash brown and I have always ended up with those horrible results. Maybe I was asking for the wrong color. Its hard to show stylist pictures of the color I want because I dont typically see it on people my complexion. Below is a link to the color I want. The last picture of the page with the two girls in blue outdoors is the color Im referring to. The girl on the right has the exact color Im looking for and she has the same color complexion as I do. I notice that she has some natural highlights as well. Could you guys tell me what color her hair is and if it is possible for me to get this color?

I'd even settle for this color although it is not as cool toned as I like
