LamasBeauty.com | Back to Discussion Board
If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Yes you make a few slight mistakes but at least now your writing english and I understand all
of it. Before you used to only write in spanish & some people on the message board would
get upset. LOL
Your stylist is doing her homework. Trust her. 4% is not going to be too strong. It's not even
going to make it any straighter. It's just going to last longer. Your stylist understands that if
the iron is too hot it might burn your hair. She's aware of this so start at 450. If she sees a
texture change in the first section, she should turn down the heat a little. This should
always be the case. For instance the back of the head is usually more resistant so it needs a
lot of heat but the front sometimes has finer hair especially around the hairline and thats
when you turn down the heat. Not before, because if the iron isn't hot enough the treatment
won't have shine or it won't last as long as it should.
Now, for the color question. Level 5 is lighter than 3 or 4. If you pull a lot of red then use
5NN. It has double pigment and the lightness will be perfect. i use Goldwell or Wella so your
stylist has to figure it out in Redken, ok.
I think I answered all the questions if I missed anything don't hesitate to write in English,
Espanol Portuguese Frances Italiano. LOL
