If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Thanks,Leslie, for your detailed reply.

Yes, I know that sounds crazy, but I live in the U.S. and sent hair to Canada...

I was very impressed with the stylist's web site, but confused by his analysis of my hair. From what I could tell, he was saying that my hair was not elastic enough in proportion to its strength.

Anyway ... I have done several BkT's and have always had some breakage. I think stylists assume that because my hair is thick and course that it will not break, but it always does, especially on the top layer. Despite the breakage, it always *looks* better after BKT due to the fact that it is smooth and shiny.

Right now, I am just trying to get it back into good condition. The 2-3 inches that have been colored but not straightened look pretty healthy (but still very frizzy). I really want to get another BKT but I am holding off for fear of more breakage.

I'll send some pics and would be interested in hearing what you think about why my hair keeps breaking after BKT.

Out of curiosity, how long do you have to wait to wash after the 2% and 4% Global.

Thanks so much!
