PLEASE READ:

If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Hi Amber
The stylist who is retiring should recommend someone that he works with or trained. If
you're forced to look for someone new. Interview them and get a sense of their experience
level. If they do 10 a month they should have enough experience to do your TR. If they tell
you they do 1 a year, Run don't walk out of the salon. LOL
I'm a stylist that uses all brands of Japanese straighteners. American or Japanese it doesn't
make a difference to me I can get the result you want. Tommy's right in the sense that
stylists trained by a Japanese company understand the process better than Stylists trained by
an american company. But I get better result with rusk than I do with Shiseido crystallizing.
Matrix product is great because they have 3 different formulas for different types of hair and
you can do a cold process if you want more body in the hair but their formula is thick and
not easy to spread. Chi leaves the hair with a high shine but it stinks really bad just like
Liscio. The point is that all the systems are pretty close in quality. It's the stylist that you
choose that has to do the job right.
