PLEASE READ:

If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Hi Daphne

When we see someone with an unflattering hair color its like seeing a couple where one is 15
years younger than the other. Your instinct tells you that something's not right!

The best way to figure out a good hair color is to determine what shades go well with your
skin, eyes & natural Hair tones.

How damaging it is to color over it depends on what you have to do to get your desired
shade and the technique stylist uses to get you there. The red has to be stripped out so that
it doesn't show through the end result. This could be very damaging.

If your staying at the same level or lighter it has to be stripped 2 or 3 levels. Very damaging.
If you're going darker you don't have to strip it to much and there wont be too much
damage.

There are ways to decolorize without any damage. If the salon is advanced they'll be able to
describe the process better.

If you don't trust the salon you went to, politely request reimbursement for the service, so at
the very least, you can donít have to pay again at another salon. Mistakes do happen and
unfortunately you got the brunt of it. Keep in mind, the salon will have your best interest in
mind and will want to work with you in correcting the problem.
