If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. Subject: dry, stiff hair after using Aveda Damage Remedy
Date: September 21, 2009 at 3:13 am PST
My hair is TR'd at the ends (bottom 5 inches). It's too straight due to the TR and naturally dry due to the course texture. However, it usually feels soft and can bend a little after a salon blow=out and Kerastase treatment (my normal weekly routine).
Today, I went to a different salon (Aveda) because usual stylist was not available. The Aveda stylist mixed Damage Remedy (protein) and Dry Remedy (moisture). Now, my hair feels totally different -- dry, stiff and straw-like.
Has anybody had this happen w/ Damage Remedy.? Could this be too much protein? If it is too much protein, will it cause permanent damage or will it feel better after a few washes. Is there anything I can do to make it feel better?
