If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

I smell a rat. LOL I really do not think the stylist was experienced and capable of doing a TR. I am also not sure she was even using Liscio. Did you see the bottle? There is now way to do a TR in 3 1/2 hours especially if your hair is thick. It should take at least 6 hours unless the hair is very thin. Perhaps, you were not processed long enough, and I know you were not pressed correctly. Yes, I would definitely ask for my money back if I were you. The most important thing to look for in a TR stylist or a BKT stylist, as Denise and Leslie have said as well, is experience. Keep up with the conditioning treatments. It is very hard to say without seeing your hair but it really sounds like you were under processed and under pressed. Sounds like also she overlapped the product on to your previously straightened hair as well which could have caused the ends to over process. This may explain the hair cut in the middle of the procedure. Would it be possible for you to see Denise, since she is fairly close to where you are? Hope this helps, good luck.
