PLEASE READ:

If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Please help!
I had TR (Liscio) done only 3 weeks ago, some parts underneath are completely fried: frizzy and poufy. And I have some allover breakage, particularly strong around my face. My ends look crap, all dried and the salon does not seemed concerned. She said some damage is possible with this process, and basically is not supportive of her work. I think she over processed but I am not sure. When I went back to show her my hair she was bitc*y. My sister came with me and was so upset about the whole thing and how poor her attitude was considering how much I paid and I left a nice cash tip.

I have been getting this process done for 6 years at a different salon and NEVER had this problem. I had to travel out of state to get it done which is the only reason I went someplace local, it was getting really expensive to book air, hotel and then add the whole TR expense to it. Now I regret that decision. I did my homework I thought, I emailed Milbon to make sure she was certified, she said she has been doing them for years and that she does about 3 or 4 a week. I felt comfortable how was I to know it would turn out so bad?

I think I need the Noiraudepro treatment and the HY. Can I get both done at the same time. Maybe do the Noiraudepro first then do the HY all in the same day. What do you suggest experts? How often should I get it done, once a month, every two weeks? I feel like I have no where to turn.
I have an appt today with someone different to look at my hair to see if it is over or under processed and look into doing the treatments. But she has only been doing Liscio for a year and a half. I am so upset, my hair looks like crap and it is so dry. I condition using Crede and Nigelle religiously for the past 6 years. I kept my hair in beautiful condition and now I have nothing but dry hair with ends that are frizzy/curled. I have been deep conditioning once a week with a hot turban but still my hair is so dry.
I posted here a week or so ago about looking for a good TR person in Arizona but no one posted back so I am just calling around & searching the net for someone who can help that has EXPERIENCE here in Arizona
If you got this far, thanks. If you have any advice or suggestions they will be greatly appreciated.
