We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. Subject: Did I get a bad BKT???
Date: July 5, 2009 at 1:18 am PST
I have naturally thick, frizzy and wavy hair and had a global keratin 2% bkt done a little more than a week ago. After waiting 72 hours, I washed it out and found that my hair air dried very wavy. One wash later, I find it to be coarse, dry and wavy -- almost curly. I have noticed a frizz reduction and about a 25% volume reduction, and the waves are slightly looser, but that is it. Is this the way it is supposed to be? Overall I am worried that this $350 treatment didn't take, or didn't take enough, and that it will be back to normal in a few washes. Then again, maybe I just need a good deep conditioner. Does anyone have any advice/info for me? Should I go back to the salon? Thanks!!
