Linda, I'm sorry I wasn't no help to you, but is it possible for you to make an emergency appointment with another well experienced stylist like Leslie Correa, who can at least look at your hair and perhaps give you immediate answere to what you should do meanwhile before you get any future treatment, and if not, he can suggest another good stylist for you?
Also have you notice or talk with other clients, or have you heard complaints about this stylist?
Linda, I do read that no BKT, TR, perm, relaxer, and etc are NOT suppose to touch your scalp at all !!!!! Not even a little bit. I do feel angry about your hair loss. It should not had happen.
