I would suggest a CHI or a GHD. HOWEVER, it is very important that she iron the hair properly and use the correct products on her hair.
If she wants straight hair, she must use good shampoo and moisturizers, followed by a leave in moisturizer and then a smoothing/straightening gel/creme. Comb the products through the hair to properly distribute.
Next, air dry or dry on med heat with fingers only, not too close to the hair. Be sure hair is 100% dry before ironing. Use a light spray on shine/heat protection product. Section off the hair and iron sections using a comb. The iron should always follow the comb so as not to iron tangeled hair. Once this is all done, add a bit of oil to the ends of the hair.
I wouls also suggest that if she irons all the time, find an expert and have a permanent process done. It will eliminate 95% of the above work.
