We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. Hi there - just wanted to throw in my experience with La Brasiliana and I guess it is my turn to vent! I am currently going through the La Brasiliana process for the second time in two weeks. I had it done after much reccomendation from my stylist I have been seeing for ten years as well as the owner of my upscale salon in Ct; I have very wavy thin hair that I highlight extremely blonde and blow out/flat iron every few days. Because my hair is so damaged it is not growing so I am trying to get away from using the flat iron even though my hair frizzes at the first signs of humidity.

I followed the process to a t and did nothing to my hair for four days while waiting for the keratin to set; once my hair was washed it felt unbelievable and had never looked so shiny or smooth. However the second I walked out of the salon the usual face framing frizz and curls came right back. I decided to speak to the salon after paying $300 (plus tip) for a process that obviously did not live up to it's promise. I understand that my hair is not going to lose any body or stop being wavy but I thought the purpose was to prevent frizz. The salon agreed and after going back two seperate times on extremely humid days it was decided to do the process again. So I am getting washed on Tuesday and hope that it takes this time. I will let you know but I am extremely leary! A co-worker of mine just had the Coppola treatment done and I am now kicking myself for not going to her salon to have it done. My salon told me that because I have alot of breakage that the keratin did not take as well to the hair which was causing it to curl up in the humidity - this just sounds ridiculous to me but I am by no means a professional.

I would reccomend to just do as much research as possible because for the money you are investing in this and the 4 days of looking like a greaseball you obviously want major results!
