PLEASE READ:

If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Ditto per your results with Coppola. My hair feels coarse and dry and appears dull. It requires a great deal more conditioning to remove tangles. As I have stated on these boards, had this been my first-instead of third- it would have been my last. With the first, my hair always felt silky and smooth.
Do the properties of each product and process affect the outcome? Do different products require different ironing temperatures? Does the high heat required by Coppola damage the hair? Mine held the aroma of burnt wool until first wash -was that the keratin or my hair? I'd like to become informed as to the pros & cons of each product, especially regarding damage to the hair -even though it might be covered up by the product before wearing off. It would be helpful if the pros would weigh in to help each client determine the best product for his/her hair and desired result. What other individual factors should be considered?
I'd like to know too, must I wait for this Coppola to wear off, or can it be stripped off with a NaCl-containing shampoo, and how soon can I have the process redone, and can I expect a better result? I don't expect or desire stick-straight hair- looking for some bend at the ends, body, swing & shine- healthy-looking hair. My hair is just below shoulder length, medium thickness, colored & highlighted, & wavy/frizzy.
