If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Just had my third BKT- had it been the first, would surely be my last. Loved the first two - one in Washington, one in NY-resulted in smooth, shiny, humidity resistant body and movement. Much humidity & rain here in the northeast, and my hair is frizzy, coarse, dull and limp with some crazy bends, especially in in the hair underneath in the back-even before the first wash, for which I waited 4 days. Is it possible that too little solution was used? It appeared my hairdresser (same one who gave me the frst beautiful result) used much less solution than I remembered from previous experience, and ironed much larger sections with a much larger (3" wide)iron and barely reached near the scalp. What to do now? Do I need to "wait it out" for 3 months? Have it redone? I'm not looking for straight, straight hair-just want to lose the frizz and retain the body and shine. How damaging is the ironing process in this treatment? Please recommend. I've just returned to NY from Washington where I had this done. Won't be back to DC for at least another month. I am so disappointed in this result and a ponytail seems my only current styling option. Les, Pros, can you please suggest? I appreciate your input. Also- read on these boards about importance of the skill of the stylist-how do I determine before putting my hair in their hands?
