If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Subject: BKT Question for the Experts

I had TR done in August and my hair was burnt by over processing. Since then I had been getting hair cuts to get rid of the burnt hair. Past thursday I got the BKT done so the new growth can be evened out as it was curly. I have not washed my hair yet but will do tonight. I can still feel burnt hair if I run my hand through my hair. The texture is like frizz. Aparently the BKT did not smooth out my hair as I was expecting. I can tell though I have not washed it but it is still rough at the same spots. What should I do now? I was expecting the burnt hair to get smoothed out like the rest of the hair. She used the Royal Keratin Treatment. Can you please tell me what to expect or could the burnt hair be smoothed even with the right BKT. I am so tired of not getting the right service. You pay and still the results are not right. I just paid someone $100 for a haircut who cut my hair too short and too layered on one side. This stylist is suppose to be one of the top stylist here in Houston Texas. I am just tired of wasting my money and not finding a right stylist. I am sorry I am extremely fustrated with all this. Thank you for your help.
