If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

From: Wiry Hair (
Subject: BKT or TR on Wiry Hair

I have course, wavy, frizzy, thick hair that has become wiry in places due to increasing grey.

I TR'd for years, with wonderful, life-changing results but the last two resulted in breakage and damage on the top layer (the most wiry part). My last TR was about 9 months ago.

I have since cut layers in my hair so that much of my re-growth of the very top layer is my "natural" hair. I also did several NanoMax treatments. The top layer still feels wiry, but strong. No more breakage.

The ends (the longer part that is underneath the wiry layer) feels smooth and healthy.

My questions:

* Is a "wiry" texture more prone to breakage?

* I'm afraid to do TR again. Does BKT soften wiry hair, or does it just make it feel like straight (rather than kinky) wire?

* Any other suggestions for conditioning/coloring wiry hair. I've tried everything, but the wiry part simply doesn't seem to want to accept moisture. It feels "crunchy", despite diligent moisture treatments.

Any advice would be much appreciated!!!!!
