If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

My guess is that the color you had applied was a demi color. That would fall into the no ammonia or peroxide category, even though they do use a very low peroxide developer. Demi colors are designed to wash out of the hair after a few weeks. They do not penetrate the hair shaft. It is really important to remember that all heads of hair are not created equal. Porosity or damage in hair plays a significant role in how hair color responds. Chances are good that you do not have the same hair as your friend. My best advice to you is to find a stylist who specializes in color. Unfortunately, many stylists market themselves as "experts" but the reality is that they are trained in one specific brand of color and do not truly understand the laws of color and porosity. I am a huge advocate for the American Board of Certified Haircolorists. This is a non-product specific organization that strictly teaches laws and structure. You can find an ABCH by going to their website at www.haircolorist.com
