If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

It sounds like the stylist performed the treatment correctly. I don't see anyway that it could cause color fadeage or make the hair worse afterwards. I have clients that swear by the ISH treatment as far as the moisture it gives them. What products do you use at home? If your hair is burnt from the iron it will not completely repair that. If the hair is dry, it should help. I would at least give it another try. Have you also tried the Nigelle 4 step treatments?
Also, clarifying the hair should not effect your hair, it just removes styling products, conditioners, etc. so the treatment will be able to work better. Did the stylist go over each strand a few times with the iron? I part the hair off in 4 sections and take about 1 inch sections going over each strand at least 3 times until the black specks disappear. After the hair cools, then I rinse and maybe add a little ER. I am puzzled that this didn't work for you. Excuse my rambling, but I hope some of this helps.
