If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Hi Lesley
It sounds like your thin fragile hair will break with any type of relaxer. I think Denise is correct recommending the BKT to you. Since your hair is thin and fragile it will last you longer than 3 months because your hair will absorb it better than thicker more resistant hair. The Japanese relaxer damaged your hair because it's an aggressive service to do on thin fragile hair. The Silis is a thick cream and the stylist has to comb it through your hair. If the stylist wasn't experienced enough with the product they combed it close to your scalp at the crown and it processed for to long. Thats why you got that breakage. The BKT isn't as aggressive as any relaxer so you won't have the breakage problem. One other thing you should be concsious of is that conditioner to close to the scalp can make it fall out at the root. Conditioner is designed to make the hair soft & if it's soft right at the root it will fall out at the root. Try to condition from the midshaft to ends and check if you have as much hair falling out.
