Subject: What is the best process just to relax curl and reduce frizz
Date: November 18, 2008 at 12:15 pm PST
Hi all - About 3 years ago, I had TR with great results. However, while I loved TR, maintenance got to be too much. My hair is very curly and after about 4 months my roots got to be a problem. I am interested in slightly relaxing the curl and minimizing the frizz - but not going completely straight. I have read the various posts about Optismooth, Rusk str8 (not thermal), but no one seems to rave about them. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding a good process?
I have coarse, curly hair, but it is healthy. I get a single process color about every 5 weeks to cover the grey. My hair has spiral curls, and the curl pattern is pretty - the frizz just makes me crazy.
Thanks for any suggestions.
