If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Hi Denise - She did spend a great deal of time blow drying and ironing my hair in the end. I went back to her and I got a second opinion from 3 other stylists from other salons. The original stylist and salon refused to accept anything was wrong with my hair. I managed to get half my money back (very bad experience). The other stylists are all saying it is underprocessed. The stylist at Gary Manuel Salon (seattle) said she could redo with Yuko in a couple of weeks, and it will be fine. What do you think? She is experienced and the salon is well known in Seattle.

I am also very concerned about the crunchy part near the crown of my head. close to the scalp - these are bends? How and when can that be fixed? So far, my hair still looks healthy and is not breaking off. Can these bends be repaired during the redo in 2 weeks? If just left untreated, will i have to iron these bends as they grow out? What is your suggestion?

Thanks again for your help!
