If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Subject: Question on no formaldehyde BKT-Expert please
Date: September 15, 2008 at 9:43 pm PST
I had the simply straight Brazillian Keratin Treatment. That was the name on the pamphlet. Said it was no formaldehyde, salon told me I would get the same results as marcia textiera, which I had 2x before at same salon.
I have not washed yet. My hair feels stiff - like too much product in it. It is frizzing at the ends when i wake up.
Am I to expect this will improve once I wash it? Anyone know about this product? It does not feel the same as my previous 2 BKTs with the Marcia T. product.
The salon had alot of different people ironing my hair- all using different irons. Is it possible the ironing was not consistant?
I am mad at myself for not speaking up re: the revolving door of people working on my hair. I think 2 of them were not even stylists. I had always thought a BKT could not harm my hair. I was told the non-formaldehyde product was even safer. Is this stiffness normal for this non-formaldehyde product or could my hair have been damaged by the ironing? Or is it something else entirely?
Any answers would be helpful
