If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

I really appreciate all of the information. You definitely seem knowledgable on the subject!
I have consulted with several different people, each of whom seems to have a different opinion on what would be best for my hair. There is nobody in my state who is both a TR expert and a board-certified colorist. Given that, I'm wondering if you could recommend a particular salon color brand and method of application.
I have 50% gray, thick, course, wiry hair. The part that is TR'd was dyed a dark brown, but now has a brassy, orangey tone. My goal is to darken it without damaging it more than it is already.
Also -- another question for you -- I just purchased a scalp serum by Shisedo called "age re-nu". Their claim is that after 5 months, it reverses gray by 50% on the new growth. I am skeptical, but thought I might give it a try. I know that Shisedo has a good reputation and does a lot of research before putting out their products. Have you heard anything about this product? Anything else I can do to slow/reverse the graying process?
Thanks so much for your advice!
