If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Subject: TR question for Denise

I wrote to you a while ago after I had a TR in April of 2007. I had a really bad case of bends and had a lot of breakage. You recommended Biolustre, which pretty much saved my hair.

Now it's almost 1-1/2 years later and the TR is just about all grown out and cut off. My hair is about shoulder length and highlighted. It's a little dry from ironing and I do get some breakage at the ends, but I do the Biolustre home kit every couple of months which helps keep it from getting too bad. My regular hairdresser (not the one that did the TR) says my hair is in the best shape it's been in since I started going to him. My hair is naturally curly, pretty thick but fine. It seems to have grown out a little less curly since the TR (is this possible?) and I have a funny cowlick now where the bends were. Could this be because she put the product on my scalp and slicked my hair back with it? The product she used was BioIonic.

Call me crazy, but I'm thinking about doing TR again, but with another, more experienced stylist. The part of my hair that didn't break actually felt nice and smooth. I'm curious to hear what you think. I am convinced that the bends were caused by poor technique by the stylist.

I live in Oakland, CA. Patrick David salon is nearby in SF and Keter Salon in Berkeley has a team of stylists named Dax and Lindsey that are supposed to be pretty good at TR. Do you have any knowledge of these stylists or salons? Would you recommend them?

Am I crazy for wanting to give it another try?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts. I respect your opinion. You helped me so much last time.
