If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

You can use the RID. Be sure to condition your hair afterward.
You don't need to use the RID on your hair if you do not have any evidence of lice. If you do... you will need to follow these directions. You will need shampoo, a fine tooth comb, a bowl of hot soapy water, kleenex, towels and some hair clips.
Shampoo anyone infested with hot water, as hot as you can stand. be careful not to burn yourself or child.Shampoo vigorously with your shampoo of choice and then thoroughly rinse. Shampoo again but do not rinse. wrap the hair in a towl and let it stand for 15 to 20 minutes wrapped up.
Remove the towel and comb out the eggs with a fine tooth comb. Section the hair with clips as you go. When the comb is full, clean off with the tissues and put the kleenex in the bowl of hot soapy water. When the bowl is full, flush everything down the toilet and start over with new hot soapy water. Once the entire hair has been combed through, rinse again with HOT water. Throw out the comb or sterilize it by boiling it for 10 minutes.
Be sure to wash all clothing and anything else that may have come in contact like bedding, sheets, etc, on the hottest setting with detergent.if there are things that you cannot wash, like stuffed animals, large comforters, put them in your dryer on the highest setting for about 30 minutes.
