If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Yes, my hair is courser and feels "gluey" AFTER the first wash. I'm afraid to do anything to my hair right now (deep condition, a cleanser?) and it's so difficult to blow my hair out.

Additional Hair Color Background: Approximately every 8 wks, I get highlights with bleach and a toner/base treatment (done after the hightlights, painted on at the roots and rinsed out after a few mins.). I usually get my hair trimmed at the same time. My highlights have always been done with foil with the exception of the very last time from the guy who painted on highlights to take the grayish-blue out.

Is the fact that my hair retained all of its curl indicative of a problem with the BKT before I got highlights? I'm not sure how much straightening I should have expected from BKT or just a change in texture...

I have a call into the stylist (and owner) who did the BKT. Hopefully she is helpful and redoes the BKT; otherwise I will need to figure out how to get the gummy feeling out of my hair so I can blow it out (do I need a cleanser or is this because it's damaged?) and do I use any shampoo/conditioner (vs. one for BKT)now that it has stripped the BKT out?...Lots of questions right now. Thanks Denise and Nick for your input. I'll also report back if/when I hear anything from my stylist. Thanks again.
