If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Hi Kaycee,
After a TR you should only need to iron the hair to give the hair a finished look. You should not have to iron the hair to straighten it.
More than likely your TRs were under processed.
By the time a client comes to me to have the process done, their hair has so many different levels of porosity. Porosity determines how quickly the hair will process. With different porosities all over the hair, this is a huge challenge.
We have to deal with hair coloring, highlights, home coloring etc etc etc. We also have to deal with porosity issues caused by mechanical damage and just plain neglect.
There is only so much we can do and like I said, an iron is often needed, but only to finish the look.
As Tommy said, find the most experienced person that you can. It is all of the little things we do during the process that makes the difference between a successful TR and one that requires a ton of work.
A stylist should always be honest with their expectation of results so that you may know what at home work is necessary.
Bring me a perfect head of hair and I will give a perfect Thermal Straightening. All others need tweaking with either product or an iron, or both.
