thanks for your comments. what happened was, they talked me into getting a digital perm...but after the frizz, i told them to please just iron my hair straight. they said it was only 75% softened, as opposed to 100%, because they only put chemical in my hair enough for the digital perm. after they ironed it and re-washed it - it was much better. does that still sound ok to you? thanks so much for your help!
